Everything You Need
Silvertree Care at all locations encompasses certain number of beautiful “houses” that accommodate specific number of residents each. The living spaces such as living rooms, dining areas and kitchens are the size you would expect to see in homes in the typical home in Malaysia. Residents are assisted in their homes with their daily activities by Care Partners.
Safety & Security
Freedom of movement is crucial and Silvertree enables residents to come and go as they please. To ensure their safety we have a suite of sophisticated monitoring tools and technologies, including wireless monitoring and communication, real-time location updates, 24-hour CCTV and bed exit sensors. Our Care Partners also ensure that residents are as safe as possible. At Silvertree, our residents are able to lead an independent life and contribute to a community within a supportive environment.
Multi-skilled Care Partners
We have developed a role that you will find nowhere else in the aged care industry, our multi-skilled Care Partners. There will be a few Care Partners in each house who forms part of the “family” unit and helps out with daily activities as needed, such as cleaning, cooking, personal care, medication and other additional assistance throughout the day. They operate around residents, giving them the freedom and autonomy they wouldn’t have in an institutional environment. Care Partners are all fully-trained at our own SilverTree Caregiver Academy and have gone through a rigorous assessment process and undergo required induction programme.
